In the last 10 years the world of craft chocolate has revolutionized; thanks to the
Bean to Bar the production of chocolate from cocoa has become important in all the best chocolate laboratories in the world.
If until a few years ago everyone used to melt and re- temper industrial chocolate, since 2011, thanks also to FBM, there are thousands of "chocolate makers" who create their own chocolate.
Fbm offers all the necessary technology with different characteristics from the stone mill with three different production segments to the ball mill also with three different production segments.

Possibility to extract cocoa butter directly from nibs, giving the possibility to recuperate cocoa butter from defective beans that, usually, should have not been useful anymore in production process.

Winnower/cracker able to reduce in nibs cocoa and other dry fruits, useful for following production of spreadable creams.
Machine equipped with hopper to load beans and cylinder to crush beans against adjustable blade.
Possibility to choose size of nibs and, thanks to a fan, suction to remove shell and dust, that will be collected in a rear bag; this allow to operate in a clean and proper working environment.

GRINDGO
Disc mill tought for cocoa mass and dry fruit paste’s production. Machine works with nibs obtained from a previous passage into winnower/cracker.
Thanks to friction of the two discs, it is possible to achieve 200 microns with this machine.

Stone grinder equipped with wheels and basement in granite, and hot air system, that allows product to get until a refining size of around 20 microns. Working capacity of 13,5 Kg per cycle

Removable and dismatable bowl and clean for easy cleaning of the machine.
