Description
The small stone to stone melanger develops the concept of stone refining being equipped with stone wheels and granite basement.
The possibility of removing the bowl makes the cleaning of the machine and the recovery of the product easier, reducing waste.
The rotation of the wheels (and not of the tank) guarantees compliance with CE regulations (about moving parts).
Like the larger Rumbo, there is the supply of forced hot air up to 75 ° C.
The entire process allows to reach particle size (up to 20 µ).
The electronic board can be equipped with an ethernet port on request,for future network connections and remote control.
Through the PLC and its touchscreen it is possible to save different RECIPES (working parameters) and adjust the speed of the wheels, air heating, wheels reversal, the refining and resting time (dedicated settings).
