A state-of-the-art roaster, designed by Rollermac Boscolo for producing nut roasters and drawing on FBM's expertise in the Bean-to-Bar sector.
The MAGMA roaster, equipped with infrared heating, allows for the roasting of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, dried fruit, and cocoa beans with a production capacity of 35kg in 40 minutes depending on the recipe. During the roasting process, the product can be heated, toasted, and cooled within the roasting chamber (the peeling process can also be performed for dried fruit).
The PLC can manage the preheating phases to warm the internal chamber, followed by the heating phase, where temperatures can be adjusted to achieve the best fragrance and desired flavor. Once the cycle is complete, the product is unloaded by opening the front compartment. On the side, there is a drawer for recovering the peels removed during roasting.
One of the most revolutionary features of MAGMA is that cooling and firing take place in the same processing chamber, allowing for greater precision and speed in production cycles.
