A latest-generation roaster, conceived from Rollermac Boscolo's experience in producing roasting machines for dried fruit and FBM's knowledge in the Bean to Bar sector.
The MAGMA roaster, equipped with infrared heating, allows for the roasting of hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, dried fruit, and cocoa beans. During the recipe cycle, it is possible to heat, roast, and cool the product inside the processing chamber (for dried fruit, the peeling process can also be performed).
The pre-heating phase, to warm up the internal chamber, and the heating phase, where temperatures are managed to achieve the best desired fragrance and flavor, can be controlled directly via the PLC. Once the production cycle (approx. 20 minutes) is finished, the product is discharged by opening the front compartment. On the side, there is a recovery drawer for the skins removed during the roasting process.
One of the most revolutionary features of MAGMA is that cooling and roasting take place in the same processing chamber, allowing for greater precision and faster production cycles.
