Duplica allows, through its double head and dosing plate, to produce pralines with filling.
The machine is designed to meet needs of laboratories that want to automate a process that tipically requires long production times.
Its small dimensions, simple and adaptable use, together with sofisticated electronical touch screen control, exclusively designed by FBM, allows to produce pralines with filling in short times.
By loading polycarbonate moulds on transport belt, the machine allows to dose, at the same time, tempered chocolate and filling in line with customizable number of cavities (dimensions of moulds 275 x 175).
It needs to be feed by tempering machine or tempered chocolate.
