The next step is the scraping phase, handled by a double-spatula system that thoroughly removes chocolate residues from the molds, maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. The recovered chocolate is collected in a heated bowl with an integrated stirrer, with a capacity of 40 kg, keeping the chocolate at the right temperature and consistency.
To operate correctly, the station requires a separate air compressor with 6 BAR (87 PSI), which is not included.
