MTR 60 - TEMPERING ENROBING MACHINE
With MTR 60, FBM create an industrial machine (capacity of the bowl: kg 60, with a total working capacity of kg 250 of tempered chocolate per hour) featuring for the first time its technology usually put into the shop machine.
All the functions of the machine - starting and control of heating and tempering process, of the vibrating table, of the rotary paddle and the enrobing conveyor - are controlled and programmed by an inner computer with CPU board, made accessible by an easy-to-use keyboard. The CPU features also an automatic self-stop procedure. Thus, by the computer, using the tempering machine, as well as repairing it whenever necessary, is easier and more complete.
Tempering is continuous and automatic, achieved in the screw pump with air cooling. This system, as the machine features different temperatures with independent electronic adjusting, grant the fluidity of the chocolate in the bowl and the presence of tempered chocolate in any moment, for a boundless time. The inner cooling compressor is made according to CE rules updated 01/01/2001, as it works with gas R404.
The standard equipment includes the heated vibrating table for moulding (chocolates, Easter eggs...) and the enrobing conveyor equipped with: stainless steel net (width mm 400), queue cutter (whether the machine is not connected with a tunnel), net beater, air blower, designed to coat all the chocolates and confectionery products, with the possibility to have speed variation up to m 2 per minute
Also available as MTRD 60, with timer regulated measuring device, activated through a pedal and with the exit channel featuring two outlets (the secondary one on the melting bowl), so that continuous tempering can be granted.
