TABLE TEMPERING MACHINE
Aura is the expression of FBM technology in the field of the small table tempering machines.
The machine is controlled by dedicated electronic CPU that allows to obtain the continuous tempering process.
The heating is made in the melting bowl while the tempering process is made in the screw pump.
Melting of chocolate is made by thermic induction for assuring best precision and reactivity and for reducing sensibly electric consumption. At the same time chocolate is cooled and reaches the tempering set point thanks to freon gas.
Reversal of run on screw pump allows daily emptying of chocolate for reducing at its minimum the time for restarting tempering cycle.
System for automatic unloading of screw pump at switching off of machine with return of chocolate into the melting bowl and emptying of screw pump pipe.
Electronic dosing device that stops flow with pedal, with selection of dosing time and number of repetitions

vibrating table of big dimensions
night cycle
electronic dosing device with adjustable repetitions
reversal of screw pump run
automatic switch-off of the machine
On demand it is possible to install removable screw pump system, that allows to change the type of chocolate without waste and in short time.
