    FBM and the PASTRY SCHOOLS


For ten years, ARTE DOLCE have been the vocational training department of FUGAR s.n.c., situated in the show room of the company in Rimini.
As a supplier of raw materials and semifinished products for pastry and ice-cream shops throughout Italy, FUGAR has always had the idea that to give training is a necessity for its Customers.
With the co-operation of some among the main names of the Italian pastry panorama, ARTE DOLCE, in its modern equipped laboratories, carries on a updated and dynamic word for the development of the pastryman creativity and the technical renovation.
In ARTE DOLCE our machines are used by:
Gianluca Mannori: born in Prato, World Champion in Lyon 1997, Mannori is a very important member of the Italian Confectioner Master Academy. The success gained in national and international competitions witnesses his creativity and skilfulness. Gianluca Mannori is associated to the exclusive chain Relais Desserts International.
Eliseo Tonti: he was born in Riccione, but he works in Switzerland. Tonti, matching renovation and passion for his job, has created a new decoration technique, featuring simple, rational lines and shapes. Elected Confectioner of the Year 2000-2001, Tonti works also as a publisher and a teacher in the school EP-SIC in Lausanne.
