FBM was born on 19th April 1977 as a manufacturer of machines for confectionery industry, mainly machines for chocolate and biscuits.
During the 80's, FBM had faced its first boom as the manufacturer of the tempering machine model MINITRIS, which invaded the Italian market - thus stopping the import from Northern Europe and putting an end to the selling of the wheel tempering machines, still much widespread in those times.
In the early 90's, FBM had begun to apply electronical cpu to the dropping machines for biscuits, according to the new market requirements.
At the same time increased the range of accessories for the chocolate processing, in order to simplify the inner productive organization of laboratories.
At the end of 1997 FBM was acquired by GRUPPO BOSCOLO, which had been, for many years, the first FBM reseller for foreign markets.
Since 1998 FBM has known a second technological boom and a renewed commercial development all over the world, which has brought FBM to be present in more than 80 countries on every continent, to become a market leader in Italy and to compete all over the world with existing realities.
Nowadays, the factory and the offices of FBM are located in Legnano (MI); FBM produces a wide range of machines for chocolate and biscuits.
FBM has got a engeneering branch dedicated to the machines' technological development, a branch for special machinery built on demand and a third branch dedicated to production of machinery for the mid/big sized confectionery industry.
FBM is a company projected in the future with the main task to give customers more time for their creativity and to spend less time to verify the exact implementation of working procedures. With FBM's machines everything becomes easier, at the point that the day by day working struggle risks to become a real pleasure.
