MTR 60


With a working bowl capacity of 60 kg and productivity of up to 250 kg of tempered chocolate per hour, the MTR60 meets the needs of demanding producers.
All functions of the MTR60 are computer-controlled and are easily accessible via the external control panel with dedicated push buttons for key functions. The CPU has memory to hold tempering settings as well as enabling auto-off and auto-on timers.
The melting and cooling temperatures of the continuous tempering cycle are set and controlled independently and electronically, keeping the chocolate fluid in the working bowl and keeping the chocolate in temper with no operator intervention.
The continuous tempering cycle in the MTR60 is controlled by R404 refrigerant gas for the cooling section and bain-marie for the melting section.
Standard equipment includes a heated vibrating table. Options include a complete enrobing attachment equipped with variable-speed (up to 2 meters/minute) stainless steel net for the entrance and working sections (standard 400mm wide, 600mm as an upgrade), net beater/shaker, de-tailer with separate motor, and variable-speed air blower.
Also available is a pneumatic doser for filling molds with a unique design that does not interrupt the tempering cycle to dose molds.
